How do I return a purchase?

A guide on how to return products. 

There are many reasons why you may want to return a product, but consider the environment and total resources spent - You could well sell that e.g. handlebar or tire next week/month anyway.

  • Products must be new, unused, not installed.
  • Products must be in original packaging*
  • *Our original packaging may vary in type - specific product cardboard box, clear plastic bag, ziplock bag

Subject line: Returns - order #80000 ____ 

Please state which products you would like to return

  • SKU or product names
  • Amount of each SKU

Inform us, whether you will be in charge of return shipping, or us.

  • Us: 
  • We can take care of booking return shipment, but will of course bill you for this. 
  • Please inform us of the amount of boxes, approx measurements and weight of each box.

  • Please do not ship returns to us without our prior acceptance.
