The Pro Bullitts

eBullitt X EP801

From 54.850,- DKK

Powerful support and extra space for bigger jobs.

Combining Shimano's EP801 drive system with the extended Bullitt X platform, this is a bike built for riders who regularly carry larger loads and need the capacity to match. Fast motor response and plenty of torque make heavy cargo, steep hills and long working days easier to manage.

The longer platform provides up to 400 litres of cargo volume, opening up possibilities for larger deliveries, bulky equipment and custom cargo solutions. Despite the added capacity, it still rides with the direct handling and agility that Bullitt riders expect.

Available with both internal and external gearing options, it's a dependable workhorse for professionals who need both power and space in equal measure.

Features & Specs

Frame

The Bullitt’s geometry has been designed specifically to maintain good handling with weight in the cargo area whilst the compact rear end and short chainstay keep handling nimble. The steering system keeps turns precise and the height of the cargo area means that the centre of gravity is low, while ground clearance isn't compromised.

The industry-leading and standard-setting split frame construction is made from 7005-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium and thoroughly tested at independent lab facilities in Germany. This design is made to last and has been proven in demanding commercial use since 2008.

Fit & Adjustments

eBullitts come with the Easy-Up stem lifter as standard. As the name suggests, it lets you adjust handlebar height quickly and without fuss. Set it up for a different rider, a change in riding style, or a heavier load in only a few seconds. The stemlifter allows for 100mm of adjustment.

We have a selection of seatposts available. The minimum saddle height for an eBullitt is 570mm, measured from the top of the saddle to the centre of the crankset, with our 350mm seatpost and race saddle installed. You can estimate your saddle height, by multiplying your inseam measurement with 0.883.
All Bullitts use industry standard Ø 31.6 mm seatposts, making it easy to customize the setup if you want.

In the Bike Builder you can view and read about all the available options for handlebar, stem, grips, saddle, seatpost and more.

X length Bullitt platform

The X platform builds on the proven geometry of the standard length Bullitt frame, but extends the cargo bed by 220mm to carry larger loads – without compromising ride quality. Despite the increased capacity, the X platform maintains the agile handling the Bullitt is known for, with a stable steering setup and a low center of gravity for confident control under heavy loads. 930mm long at the base, 1044mm at the top and 466mm wide.

Drive Unit

The Shimano EP801 drive unit is the most advanced drive unit in the EP line-up, delivering powerful, responsive support with up to 85 Nm of torque and assist up to 25km/h. Optimized for demanding use, it offers enhanced heat management, faster data processing, and compatibility with a broader range of components – including CAN-based accessories.

With refined pedal assist and full E-Tube Project customisation, the EP801 gives riders complete control over how power is delivered. It’s a top-tier choice for commercial riders and anyone seeking maximum performance under load or on varied terrain.

Battery Capacity

The EP801 is available with two battery sizes: 504 Wh or 630 Wh, both from Shimano.

Wh (watt-hours) is simply a measure of how much energy the battery can store. More Wh means more assisted riding between charges – everything else being equal.
How long a charge lasts depends on many factors, such as the assist level, weather conditions, load and terrain.

The 504 Wh battery is lighter and suits shorter distances, fixed daily routes or more frequent recharging.
The 630 Wh battery adds extra capacity for longer days, heavier loads, or less frequent charging.

All batteries are mounted on the steering tube and are locked using a high quality lock cylinder from ABUS, that can be paired with other One Key ABUS bike locks. They use the same 36 V system, and deliver the same performance on the bike. The choice doesn’t change how the EP801 rides – only how long it keeps assisting before it’s time to recharge.

Brakes

We use TRP 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes across the Bullitt range because they work, and they keep working.
A 4-piston setup gives you a bit more control where it matters. Not just more power, but a steadier, more predictable feel at the lever. That’s useful on a cargo bike, where you’re often adjusting speed rather than just stopping.
All our bikes run 180 × 2.3 mm rotors. It’s a size and thickness that fits the job. The 180 mm diameter gives enough leverage, and the 2.3 mm rotor adds durability and helps manage heat when braking repeatedly. That becomes noticeable if you’re riding in hilly areas or spending more time on the brakes. The system stays consistent, without fading or changing character halfway through a descent.

There’s nothing complicated about it. It’s a solid, proven setup that handles everyday riding without needing much attention.

Extended Warranty

Bullitt bikes are built to work. That’s why every frame comes with a 5-year Larry vs Harry warranty. No registration. No heroic storytelling. Just a properly built frame, meant for everyday riding, heavy use and real life. Just keep your original receipt somewhere safe (a bankvault, a drawer, taped to the fridge – your call).
The extended warranty applies worldwide, for private and professional use. For more information on the Larry vs Harry warranty, visit our FAQ or Terms & Conditions.

Clean Look, Ready for Work

The eBullitt X features a stripped-back graphic design, created with commercial use in mind. Clean lines and minimal branding give the frame a professional look and leave room for custom decals or logos. It’s a practical choice for businesses—and a subtle, understated take on the classic Bullitt aesthetic.

Classic

Classic, elegant, discreet – a colourway that turns heads without ever asking for attention. Less decorated, more distinguished than ever. Black is still the new black, and understatement travels further than noise.

Bluebird

One of the colours that started it all - the first-ever commercial Bullitt and the bike that set the tone for everything that followed. It’s the ‘Bluebird’: A direct reference to those magnificent record-breaking machines that held the speed records from 1912 to the mid-'60s.

Moondog

In Denmark we have a name for a specific shade of dark blue; we call it Kongeblå – Kingsblue. It’s royalty, duality and a touch of weirdness – it’s the ‘Moondog’. Named after the Hipster Viking himself, the blind composer and street performer who wandered 6th Avenue in New York dressed like a Norse myth and sounding like nothing else on earth.

Race

Inspired by British Racing Green – the colour once wrapped around Grand Prix Jaguars, Bentleys and other fast things with oil under their fingernails. The ‘Race’ carries that same feeling of speed and elegance. A deep green that looks equally at home outside a café, on a bike lane, or leaning against a workshop wall.

Major Tom

Back when the Bullitt was born, there were three types - and they were all black. Enter: Bullitt ‘Red’ - which later became ‘Pepper’, and once almost ‘Toro’ - now it’s the ‘Major Tom’.

Clockwork

People almost never call this Bullitt by its real name, they call it the “Clockwork Orange”. Nowhere on the bike is that name written… It is orange though, and part of the name is correct - it’s the ‘Clockwork’... So maybe this one’s an easy catch.

Milk Plus

It’s clean, it’s calm, and it’s deceptively simple - it’s the ‘Milk Plus’. A soft, pure-white colourway that strips everything back and lets the shape of the Bullitt do the talking.

Colourways

Lizzard King

No snake oil here – just a matte green Bullitt with plenty of attitude. The ‘Lizzard King’ balances laid-back cool with a slightly wilder side, exactly the kind of duality we enjoy around here. A nod to Jim Morrison, ZZ Top, and anyone who thinks a cargo bike doesn’t have to look sensible to do sensible things.

Bollocks

It’s rebellious, it’s punk, it’s anarchy and it’s screaming at you in bright yellow - It’s the ‘Bollocks’. It’s the 70s again - and the revolution is carried on a yellow Cargo Bike.

The name originates from a nod Larry & Harry couldn’t resist: the Sex Pistols’ Never Mind the Bollocks. Adorned with graffiti graphics, and unmistakable “screw you”-energy.
