Can I buy a prebuilt Bullitt bike directly from Larry vs Harry?

We don’t sell pre-built bikes directly to customers.

We have to refer you to visiting one of our 330+ Bullitt dealers around the globe.

  • Original Bullitt framekits and the needed parts to build a complete Original Bullitt bike are available in the webshop as separate items. 
  • We do not offer assembly of your parts but that’s the exciting part of the journey so we’ll leave that to you!

Can I rent a Bullitt from your Copenhagen flagship store?

The Copenhagen flagship store unfortunately doesn't have rental Bullitts available.

We don't know of any rental Bullitts in Copenhagen.
Nonetheless you're welcome to stop by our flagship store to test ride a bike while you’re here.

Can I tune/modify/hack/tamper my eBullitt?

Your eBullitt is programmed according to the legislation for the region that you live in.
For example, the assist limit is 25 km/h in Europe and 32 km/h in the US.

We know there is a lot out there about tuning e-bikes. However, we never recommend that you tune or "hack" your eBullitt. Your warranty will be void so will not cover you if the bike breaks down, and your insurance will not cover you, the bike or anyone else involved if you have an accident - which can cost a lot of money… Added speeds also increase wear & tear among other cons. 

Can you mount my ordered parts?

In short, no.

When you order individual parts, we are not able to build them onto a bike, they will be shipped as parts to an address of your choice.

If you don’t feel confident mounting the parts yourself or don’t like getting your hands dirty, visit a local Bullitt dealer for them to safely and surely assemble everything for you. Just be aware that there may be a charge for this.

How can I become a Bullitt dealer?

How can I get new Abus keys?

Have you lost your keys to your bike ? Getting new keys is actually quite easy!

With the purchase of your Bullitt / eBullitt you will have received an invoice and Abus key card(s), where the Abus serial number can be found.
On Abus’ website you can easily order new keys using this serial number.
If you have any trouble, please reach out to your Local Bullitt dealer

Shimano E-bike systems battery mount

If you need the battery lock cylinder replaced for your Shimano Steps battery, please contact your Local Bullitt dealer or Shimano Service Center
SSC's are trained & certified Shimano E-bike systems technicians.

I need a receipt for my insurance

If you’ve bought your Bullitt/eBullitt through a local Bullitt dealer:

They should have provided you with a printed or digital(pdf) invoice.
The invoice will include the necessary details such as; Bike brand, model, accessories, frame number and, depending on what you’ve bought, key number(s) and battery number. 

Please reach out to them if you need a copy. 

If you’ve bought your Bullitt/eBullitt through Larry vs Harry webshop:

We have provided you with a digital(pdf) invoice.

The invoice will include the necessary details such as; Bike brand, model, accessories, frame number and, depending on what you’ve bought, key number(s) and battery number.

Is it in stock?

If ordering from a Bullitt dealer

If you opt to order from one of our dealers, the availability depends on their individual stock. Our Bike Builder only represents the products available in our warehouse and doesn't reflect the offerings at our dealers or our flagship store in Copenhagen. To know what's in stock, you'll need to inquire directly with the local Bullitt dealer.

If ordering from our webshop:

On our website, you can view available options by using our Bike Builder tool. 

The stock status you see on the product page/ bike builder is synchronised with our warehouse. 

Where can I get new decals/stickers?

Currently we don’t offer replacement decal packs as a spare part.

If you feel strongly that we should, please reach out to info@larryvsharry.com and we will take it into consideration. 

Payment

Can I pay in installments / monthly payments?

The short answer is no, however, a lot of our dealers are offering different options if you don't want to pay the whole amount at once.

Some dealers also offer subscriptions or leasing.

Delivery

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

In your order confirmation there is a link to Track & Trace to follow the shipment’s progress.

If the link doesn't help you find your shipment, please email info@larryvsharry.com with the order number in the subject line and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What's the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping a bike varies depending shipping prices out of our control, therefore we are unable to give a fixed estimate for the price of shipping a bike before you order.   


It’s not possible to order eBullitt’s through Larry vs Harry directly.


Below you can see the countries that we ship to with fixed rates for small parts. The rates will be visible just before you check out.

Unfortunately we do not currently ship directly to the UK due to Brexit import regulations. 


Please note:

  • prices shown are an estimate and may be higher.
  • Any customs or duty in your country will be paid by you and the amount is your responsibility to find out.  Larry vs Harry will not take responsibility for any additional costs after the order has been shipped.
  • Taxes are not included in the price.


Shipping by air

We prefer shipping by road or sea if possible, due to the environmental impact and cost although we do ship by air if necessary. Reach out to us via e-mail at info@larryvsharry.com

When will my eBullitt be delivered?

When you’ve ordered your new eBullitt through a local Bullitt dealer, they’ll be able to tell you the status. 

When will my order arrive / Track & trace / ETA ?

If you’ve ordered through a local Bullitt dealer:

If you’ve ordered directly from Larry vs Harry:

  1. Within a few minutes of placing your order through our webshop you’ll receive your order confirmation.
  2. Our warehouse picks, packs and books your shipment(s)
  3. You’ll receive your invoice and DSV track & trace by email
  4. After a few days the local shipping courier will be on your doorstep with your shipment. In order for the last mile delivery courier to safely deliver your shipment they may call the phone number you’ve given to us.

NB. If you don’t receive your shipment within a few days, feel free to contact us by writing to info@larryvsharry.com and we’ll help you trace your shipment. 


Why does the shipping seem expensive?

Unfortunately we can’t adjust the shipping cost for your single order as it is provided by the shipping company. 

Warranty & Returns

What is the return policy?

Our return policy

We will gladly help you, but we have a few rules:

  • Before you return the product, you have to notify us via email on info@larryvsharry.com within 14 days of receiving the product. 
  • You have 30 days to ship it to us from the day of us accepting the return.  
  • All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original packaging.
  • We will return the full amount to you, but you have to pay the cost of shipping.

When we have received your return, we’ll inspect it and transfer the amount back to your payment card or bank account. It can take 2 to 8 working days before you see the transfer.

Is the eBullitt available as Speed Pedelec?

Can I order an eBullitt as a Speed Pedelec? / Can I convert my eBullitt to Speed Pedelec?

"Speed Pedelec" is the term for bikes which are electric assisted up to 45 km/h. We don't produce eBullitts as Speed Pedelecs, since the classification and regulations are radically different from a normal e-bike.

Are EP801 (2nd gen) batteries compatible with an eBullitt E6100/EP8 (1st gen)?

In short: no, not compatible. 

While the batteries look much alike, the chipset and firmware are not cross-compatible.

Are E6100/EP8 (1st gen) batteries compatibile with eBullitt EP801 (2nd gen)?

In short: no, not compatible. 

While the batteries look much alike, the chipset and firmware are not cross-compatible.

How do I convert my Original Bullitt to an eBullitt?

We won't and can't advise on how to modify your Original Bullitt bike. Any modifications will void the warranty. 

If you want a Bullitt with electric assist we recommend choosing an eBullitt from your local dealer. Go visit them for a testride or build your desired eBullitt in our Bike Builder and send a request to your local dealer.

There are many aftermarket electric options out there but we’re not confident in recommending them to a fellow Bullitteer.
We can’t and don’t encourage modifying your Original Bullitt.
No matter how little is needed for conversion of the Original Bullitt frame to become an “E-Bullitt”, it counts as modification/alteration/hacking and therefore will void the warranty.

The Original frameset is designed, constructed, lab-tested, real-world-tested, and approved as a pedal powered cargo bike. Asking it to do something else is not something we can guarantee. 

Shimano E-bike systems display is showing me an error code

Shimano uses error codes to tell you what's wrong with your bike. You can see the complete list here:

What's the max tire width ?

Maximum recommended tyre sizes:

eBullitt, eBullitt X: 26” x 1,75" rear and 20” x 2,20" front

Original Bullitt, Bullitt X: 26” x 2,0"  rear and 20” x 2,20" front


You may be able to squeeze a wider tyre in but it’s not something we recommend.
