A true Larry vs Harry original.

We designed our own damper kit to give you silky-smooth steering and extra stability when the road gets rowdy. Think tight turns, heavy loads, or uneven surfaces like cobblestones.

The CNC machined knob on the end of the damper allows you to fine-tune the dampening in 7 clicks to match your ride and your style.

Unlike many other options, our damper uses a hydraulic system that delivers progressive, adjustable dampening – not just mechanical friction like an overtightened headset. That means more control, less chatter, and a ride that just feels right.

The noise-free rubber bushings on both the frame and fork bracket ensure free movement without rattles or need for replacement.

Heads-up: This kit is made for Bullitts with a tapered front fork, so that’s Bullitt models from 2015 and onwards.
